La Pastora is the hallmark lot from the Los Santos region collected and processed by the acclaimed CoopeTarrazú. The cooperative has been refining coffee production in San Marcos, Tarrazú since 1963. Its 3000 growers and 250 mill workers share a goal to foster a sustainable coffee culture in the region.
