Inzovu is a peaberry lot that is collected from the community of growers near Kigali, the capital and largest city in the geographic center of the country. Peaberries are a genetic fluke that make up a small percentage of every harvest in which a cherry contains a single, small seed, instead of the usual two beans.

Toraja is a lush mountainous area with rich, volcanic soil in Southern Sulawesi. The Toraja tribe is know for it's unique culture and small, family farms have been cultivating coffee here since the 1850's. It is prepared for export using a traditional method, called giling basah, that is particular to the Indonesian islands.
